Abstract

The assembly of elements into a self-carrying block (2) gathers a certain number of elements for body-care in a box on the side of which a mirror (7), which may be magnifying, attracts the attention to publicity announcements (9). The body-care elements may be of various types: dispenser (5) of disinfection or cleaning liquids, dispenser (4) of paper towels (3), etc. The box may be completed by various general use elements, such as for example a thermometer (11), a digital clock (12), etc. Various forms of execution of the assembly are proposed, according to the use and location desired.

La présente invention a pour objet un assem-blage en un bloc autoportant, d'éléments à usage de soins corporels, destines à être installés dans un lieu à fréquentation renouvelee, comme par exemple lavabos publics dans les gares, aéroports, magasins, restau-rants, chambres d'hôtels, aires d'autoroutes, stations services, etc.
On connaît le probleme que posent l'équipe-ment et l'entretien des lavabos dans les lieux publics;
aucun des différents systèmes que l'on rencontre habi-tuellement ne répond de façon complète aux diverses exigences que ces installations doivent satisfaire, tant dans le domaine de la facilite d'entretien et de nettoyage pour le gestionnaire du lieu public que dans celui de l'hygiène qui doit être assurée a l'utili-sateur. Les appareils habituels distribuent genérale-ment du savon sous forme solide, liquide ou pulvérulen-te; dans chacun de ces cas, le gestionnaire rencontredes problèmes, celui des dechets et résidus lors de la fourniture de savon sous forme solide et celui de l'en-crassement du dispositif distributeur dans le cas d'un distributeur de savon sous forme liquide ou de poudre.
L'hygiène de l'utilisateur n'est en outre pas assuree dans le cas de l'emploi de savon sous forme solide. Si un distributeur de serviettes en papier est associé au distributeur de savon, il se produit assez rapidement un amoncellement inesthetique et non hygienique, à
moins qu'une poubelle quelconque soit mise a disposi-~tion; dans ce cas celle-ci n'est généralement pas har-monisée au design de l'appareil distributeur. Le brevet US 4 798 312 de Scheiber presente un distributeur de liquide désinfectant installé sur un distributeur de papier WC; l'usage de ce dispositif est extrêmement limite, le dispositif ne comportant en ou-tre aucun dispositif de présentation de publicité.
Le brevet US 2 201 985 de Colburn presente une boîte distributrice de serviettes en papier sur la-quelle une fenêtre permet de poser une publicité; ce dispositif est lui aussi d'usage très limité et ne com-porte en outre pas de miroir.
Le brevet GB 102 311 de Warbuton concerne un perfectionnement dans les annonces publicitaires, il consiste uniquement à rendre attractives des annonces publicitaires.
Le brevet US 2 421 342 de MacKenzie presente un boîtier sanitaire avec des moyens de distribution de papier, ce boîtier étant principalement destiné à dis-simuler une brosse et des produits de nettoyage d'une cuvette de WC; son usage est donc très limité et ne concerne pas du tout l'usage prévu de la présente in-vention; en outre ce boîtier ne comporte aucune publicite.
Afin de pallier aux inconvénients mentionnés plus haut, l'invention porte sur un assemblage en un 2 ~ 2 ~

bloc autoportant, selon diverses formes d'exécution, d'élements à usage de soins corporels, destiné à être installé dans un lieu a fréquentation renouvelée, com-prenant en particulier un miroir, pouvant être grossis-sant, ainsi qu'un support pour présentations publici-taire; un dispensateur de produit désinfectant et/ou un dispensateur de produit de nettoyage, pouvant être ac-tionnés par un système mécanique ou photo-électrique, peuvent être associes audit assemblage. D'autres élé-ments a usage de soins corporels peuvent aussi y êtreassociés, soit une prise pour rasoir électrique, un sè-che-cheveux, un casier ouvrant pour produits ou usten-siles, de même qu'un sèche-mains pouvant être un dispo-sitif de soufflage à air chaud, ou un distributeur de lS serviettes en papier sec ou en papier impregné humide, ou en tissus, ou alors un distributeur de poudre avec des proprietes assechantes, ainsi qu'eventuellemnt un ou plusieurs distributeurs d'objets à usage de soins corporels, comme des rasoirs jetables, distribués avec une dose de mousse de rasage ainsi qu'une dose de lo-tion apres rasage, des brosses à dents jetables avec une dose de dentifrice, des préservatifs en latex, etc.

Une poubelle, harmonisée au design de l'assemblage, peut aussi y être associée. L'assemblage peut comporter une face plane sur laquelle le miroir et le support pour présentation publicitaire sont disposés côte à côte, ledit support`
étant agence pour recevoir des presentations publici-taires echangeables, sous forme de feuilles, de plaques ou de cassettes ou pour présenter des publicites mobi-les, animées electriquement ou par des systèmes de pro-jections lumineuses diverses, ou par des systemes à

L'assemblage peut être complété d'un dispositif de prépaiement a monnaie, jetons ou carte magnetique, afin de libérer l'emploi de l'un ou l'autre des eléments assembles, p.ex. le télé-phone ou l'un quelconque des objets à usage de soins corporels cites plus haut, après prépaiement. L'assem-blage est en outre muni de moyens de fixation a une pa-roi, ou à un bras support mobile ou extensible ou alorsà une colonne fixée au sol et/ou au plafond, cette co-lonne pouvant en outre être munie d'autres supports pu-blicitaires sur ses autres faces.
Le produit désinfectant ainsi que le produit de nettoyage mentionnés plus haut peuvent être des pro-duits ne nécessitant pas d'eau ni de savon pour leur usage et être suffisamment volatils pour ne pas néces-siter de sèche-mains. En particulier, la composition du liquide désinfectant est étudiee de façon à satisfaire un certain nombre de conditions qui permettent son em-ploi dans les conditions décrites; le liquide devra être aussi inodore et incolore que possible et suffi-samment volatil pour que les mains de l'utilisateur sè-chent rapidement après l'aspersion, il devra naturelle-ment contenir un principe désinfectant suffisammentactif. Enfin son prix de revient devra être suffisam-ment reduit pour permettre l'utilisation en question. A
titre d'exemple, un liquide désinfectant répondant par-ticulièrement bien aux exigences ci-dessus pourrait avoir la composition suivante: (% en masse) -Glyceride partiel de polyéthyleneglycoether d'un acide gras de coco, avec des composants monoglycé-rides ethoxylées et des diglycérides ethoxylées, à rai-son de l,O % , -Tensio-actif ("surfactant") amphotère et 2 0 ~

quaternaire, à raison de 1,0 % , -Alcool isopropylique G-Plus, pauvre en odeur, special cosmétique, a raison de 29,5 % et -Eau deminéralisée pour le solde, soit 68,5 % .
Le liquide de nettoyage peut être choisi parmi l'une des formes d'exécution du liquide de net-toyage pour les mains faisant l'objet de la demande de brevet CH 3725/89-6, ce produit ayant comme avantage de ne pas necessiter d'eau ni de savon ni de sèche-mains pour son usage.
On va décrire ci-après, à titre d'exemple, ` \ deux parmi de multiples formes d'exécution possibles, en se réferant au dessin dont les figures 1 et 2 sont des vues en perspective simplifiées et schematiques.
La première forme d'execution de l'assembla-ge selon l'invention, representée sur la figure 1, est destinée à être placee dans un lieu a frequentation re-nouvelée tel qu'un local de toilette dans une gare, un aéroport, un magasin, etc. L'assemblage 1 est constitué
essentiellement d'un bloc autoportant 2 formant un caisson rigide pouvant être par exemple en matière plastique, en tôle métallique ou d'une autre maniere.
Il est en forme de parallelipipède rectangle et agencé
de façon à pouvoir être plaqué contre une paroi, par exemple à proximité d'un lavabo. Dans l'exécution dé-crite, le caisson 2, monté sur une armature non repré-sentee, est agencé de façon a pouvoir contenir un empi-lage de serviettes en papier, dont on voit une serviet-te inferieure 3 apparaître dans une ouverture 4 menagéedans la face inferieure du caisson 2. Les moyens prevus pour permettre l'ouverture du caisson et le remplace-ment de l'empilage de serviettes en papier 3 ne néces-sitent pas de description spéciale. Sur un des côtés du caisson 2, un recipient tubulaire 5 est monté, muni à

son extrémité inférieure d'un ajutage 6 dont l'exécu-tion peut varier de cas en cas. Ce récipient 5 peut contenir soit un liquide desinfectant, soit un liquide de nettoyage dont les caractéristiques ont eté mention-nées précédemment. Le récipient 5 peut être soit fixévisiblement à l'extérieur du caisson, soit être camou-flé a l'interieur, avec un ajutage 6 dépassant de la partie inferieure dudit caisson, la commande de distri-bution etant faite par un bouton ou un anneau de pres-sion latéral ou une commande agissant sur le sommet durecipient 5. Cette commande peut aussi être actionnée par des moyens photo-électriques. L'ajutage 6 est équi-pé d'une tête de dispersion d'un des multiples types connus, pouvant être conçu de façon à ce que le liquide coule en un flux compact sur les mains lorsque l'ajuta-ge 6 est ouvert, ou être equipé d'un pomme distribuant - le liquide sous forme d'une multitude de jets fins, de gouttelettes ou d'un spray. Selon une variante de la forme d'exécution décrite, le caisson 2 peut contenir un récipient de liquide désinfectant et un autre réci-pient de liquide de nettoyage, chacun étant equipe de la manière décrite.
Sur sa face frontale avant, le caisson 2 porte un miroir 7 qui peut être un miroir grossissant, et qui dans la forme d'execution représentée est de forme rectangulaire, mais pourrait aussi être d'une au-tre forme: ronde, carrée, ovale, etc. Immédiatement au-dessus de ce miroir, mais eventuellement aussi à cô-té ou au-dessous de celui-ci, sur la face frontale avant, un support 8, represente ici de forme triangu-laire, est placé, et qui est destiné à recevoir des feuilles echangeables 9 ornees d'une présentation publicitaire. Les moyens de fixation de ces feuilles -sur le support peuvent être constitués, par exemple, de gorges longitudinales permettant l'engagement de pla-, 2~2~ ~3 ques rigides a coulissement, ou de moyens d'agrafage,ou alors être constitués d'un enduit autocollant sur le support 8 permettant l'application de feuilles 9 de pa-pier ou de plastique souple. Dans certains cas particuliers, la présence d'un miroir sur le caisson 2 n'est pas indispensable.
Toujours sur la face frontale antérieure 10 du caisson 2 sont montés encore deux éléments addition-nels representes ici à titre d'exemple non exhaustif:
