Abstract
PRÉCIS COUVERCLE POUR RÉCIPIENT Le couvercle (1), en matière plastique déformable élastiquement, présente une partie en creux (1b) au fond de laquelle est ménagée une fente (4) inclinée par rapport au plan général dudit couvercle. Grâce à cette inclinaison, un bord (1c) de cette fente (4), antérieur, recouvre l'autre bord (1d), postérieur. Une pression exercée sur une partie (1e), en relief par rapport à la face antérieure (3) du couvercle (1), produit une déformation du bord (1d) de la fente (4), ce qui ouvre celle-ci. La présente invention a pour objet un couvercle pour récipient destiné à contenir un pro-duit liquide, qui présente des moyens de prél~vement de celui-ci.
De tels couvercles sont connus en soi.
Les moyens permettant de prélever du ~-~
liquide sont le plus généralement constitués par une languette que l'utilisateur soulève ou arrache ou par une partie de moindre résistance de la face du couver-cle que l'utilisateur crève ou enfonce.
L'inconvénient de ces dispositions réside d'une part dans le fait qu'une fois un prélèvement ef-fectué l'ouverture ne peut plus être refermée, et d'au-tre part dans le fait qu'il est souvent très incommode de verser le liquide à travers l'ouverture ainsi réali-sée ou de boire le liquide à meme le r~cipient, sans en renverser.
~6~g3 Cet inconvénient est particulièrement désagréable lorsque le récipient est utilis~ dans un avion, un train ou un bateau ou encore dans une voiture, comme l'usage s'en r~pand de plus en plus, à l'occasion d'un arrêt dans un restaurant routier ou même en roulant.
Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un couvercle pour récipient permettant des pr~-lèvements de liquide et permettant, en particulier, de boire le liquide à même le récipient, qui ne présente pas ces inconvénients.
Ce but est atteint grâce aux moyens définis dans la revendication 1.

Le couvercle représenté, d~signé par 1, ~

Si une goutte de liquide vient à s'échapper au moment où cesse le prélèvement, elle ne se répand pas sur tout le couvercle, grâce à la partie en creux lb qui récupère cette goutte. Celle-ci est alors soit ramenée dans le récipient par une nouvelle pression exerc~e sur la partie en relief le, soit évacuée lors du prélèvement suivant.

Il est à remarquer que la partie en saillie ou en relief le pourra constituer un élément d'un motif décoratif ou autre, ce motif pouvant lui-même être un logo ou la partie figurative d'une marque ou en-core constituer une lettre ou tout autre signe. Claims (7)
