STRUCTURE DESTINÉE AU MONTAGE ET AU D~MONTAGE
D'ABRIS DE TYPE TENTE OU AUVENT
':

- la figure 1 représente en coupe la version type auvent;
- la figure 2 représente en coupe la version type tente;
- les fi~ures 3a à 3d illustrent différents détails de l'armature des figures 1 et 2 en versions ouverte et fermée;

STRUCTURE FOR ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
TENT OR AWNING SHELTERS
':
The subject of the present invention is a structure intended for erection and dismantling of tent type shelters or awning, comprising in particular a canvas, tubes of vertical and horizontal reinforcement fitting together the others to form said frame.
The invention is more specifically intended for lo users of stands, shelter, greenhouse, tent, awning. Among these known devices, we can cite the awnings for caravans and vehicles, but this system is not interesting for fairgrounds, or other exhibitors because it requires vehicle or other support for - ~
the installation of the tarpaulin and does not allow the use of by design a lot of space, and is quite complex of installation. Also known capitals allow a surface of use but they settle difficult due to their complicated frame, and difficulties in locating the different categories of tubes.
All these existing systems present the major drawback of being very long to install due to the fact ¦ of their design.
I In addition, their transport is difficult and very little convenient, especially for storage on a gallery of I drive.
The object of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages.
In accordance with the invention, in fact, it is proposed a structure intended for the assembly and disassembly of shelters of ~ i ~ awning type, comprising a canvas, a frame, which, in j mounted position, consists of gantries made of tubes of armature of the type comprising at least one pair of plates for fixing the feet of the gantries, thus allowing, in ~:

awning version mounted, an opening of about 110, characterized in that the portal frames being shaped rectangular, their reinforcing tubes fitting together in the others, and in that maintaining it in the open position or folded is obtained by two cables, these two cables each connecting respectively a horizontal part of the extreme front portal to one of the two fixing plates of the gantry legs, and that the cables are each solicited by a spring, thus determining two stable equilibrium positions, one respectively open with the canvas stretched and avoiding folding, the other respectively folded back now the gantry cranes folded over themselves.
The invention will be better understood from attached drawings where:
- Figure 1 shows in section the awning type version;
- Figure 2 shows in section the tent type version;
- fi ~ ures 3a to 3d illustrate different details of the frame of Figures 1 and 2 in open and closed versions;
- Figures 4a and 4b illustrate a rotation plate according to the invention in awning (4a) and tent (4b) version.
The device according to the invention comprises tubes horizontal (1), which, open tent, are integral with the canvas (2). The horizontal tubes (1) are of equal length and are connected to the vertical tubes (3) by a system of , 3 simple fixing.
~ The vertical tubes (3) are partially fixed i ~ l against the ground when the tent is open against the plate ~ fixing support (7,7 ').
: i 30 From this fixing plate (7,7 ') the tubes vertical (3) are 110 opening for the awning version and 180 for the tent version and doubled at the base. The horizontal parts (1) open tent are integral with the canvas, avoiding transverse shearing, and to avoid , . .

~ 31334 the left and right oscillation lengthwise always open tent version, cables (6) connect the vertical and horizontal parts at an angle of 450 making the whole rigid.
For the awning system, two cables (5) connect the horizontal part at the front to the support plate fixing the rotation support (7) of the tubes tensioning the canvas in open position and avoiding folding.
To fold everything back, just unhook the lo two cables (5), the awning or tent folding over it-even, entered ~ born backwards (Figs. 3b and 3d).
Once on the ground, the two vertical ends are folded against the horizontal tubes forming a single portable package for example on a car gallery no problem.
Advantageously, the cables (5) comprising a spring (4) determining two positions of stable equilibrium, respectively in the open and folded position.
In the awning version, the support (7) will be monobloc. .
In the tent version, the support (7 ') will be consisting of two half-plates overlapping in position folded up.
