Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un lait auto-bronzant prolongateur de bronzage destiné à être utilisé par toute personne après exposition au soleil, pour, d'une part, hydrater la peau et diminuer l'inflammation causée par l'exposition au soleil et, d'autre part, accélérer l'obtention d'un beau bronzage en colorant de façon artificielle la peau. Ce lait qui comprend au moins un agent hydratant tel que l'acide pyrrolidone carboxylique en mélange avec au moins un agent capable de calmer l'inflammation tel que l'allantoîne, dans un véhicule dermatologiquement acceptable du type émulsion huile dans l'eau, est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un agent auto-bronzant dans sa formulation. la présente invention a pour objet un lait auto-bronzant prolongateur de bronzage spécialement destiné à
être utilisé après une exposition au soleil pour, d'une part, hydrater la peau et calmer les éventuelles inflammations causées par les rayons solaires et, d'autre part, assurer à l~utilisateur ou à l'utilisatrice un beau bronzage artificiel.
Il existe actuellement sur le marché de très nombreux laits destinés aux personnes s'étant exposées au soleil, pour hydrater et nourrir en profondeur la peau de façon à éviter que celle-ci ne se dessèche et pour, d'autre part, calmer les inflammations occasionnées par les rayons ultra violets lors de l'exposition au soleil. Ces laits comprennent habituellement à titre de principes actifs, au moins un agent hydratant tel que l'aloès ou l'acide pyrrolidone carboxylique ou le d-panthenol, en combinaison avec au moins un agent capable de calmer l'inflammation tel que, par exemple, l'aloès ou l'allantoine. Ces agents actifs sont, en pratique mélangés à un véhicule dermatologiquement acceptable du type émulsion huile dans l'eau, qui peut contenir divers autres additifs.
Habituellement, les personnes à peau extremement sensible ou sujettes à inflammation qui s'exposent au soleil, utilisent, pour ce faire des crèmes solaires à
numéros très élevés pour se protéger au maximum des rayons UV et, de là éviter les coups de soleil et phénomènes de photosensibilité. Or, il est connu que ce sont ces mêmes rayons UV qui stimulent la formation de mélanine dans les cellules humaines et, de là, l'obtention d'un joli bronzage que presque tout le monde cherche à obtenir, notamment en vacances.
L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un lait que toutes personnes et notamment celles à peau extrêmement sensible et/ou sujettes à inflammation peuvent utiliser après bronzage comme n'importe quel autre lait existant pour hydrater leur peau et calmer les inflammations dues au soleil, tout en fournissant auxdites personnes un bronzage artificiel grace à la présence d'un agent auto-bronzant capable de "colorer" artificiellement la peau.Grace à cet ajout, les personnes utilisant le lait selon l'invention obtiennent non seulement l'effet hydratant et adoucissant souhaité, mais également une accélération substantielle et spectaculaire de leur bronzage.
Le lait auto-bronzant prolongateur de bronzage selon l'invention qui est du meme type que précédemment mentionné, est avantageusement caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans sa formulation, au moins un agent auto-bronzant en quantité suffisante pour obtenir le bronzage artificiel désiré.
De préférence, cet agent auto-bronzant est la dihydroxyacétone (DHA) utilisée à raison de 0,5 à 2,0~ en poids.
L'agent hydratant utilisé dans la formulation est de préférence constitué de 0,5 à 2,0% en poids d'acide pyrrolidone carboxylique. Selon un mode de réalisation tout particulièrement avantageux, le lait peut en outre incorporer de 0,5 à 2,0% en poids de d-panthénol.
L'agent calmant est de préférence constitué de 0,2 à 0,4% en poids d'allanto~ne.
Ces divers agents sont bien entendu en mélange dans un véhicule dermatologiquement acceptable du type émulsion d'huile dans l'eau, qui peut contenir un ou plusieurs additifs de base ou autres agents tels que des agents stabilisants, des agents régulateurs d'humidité et/ou de pH, des agents émulsifs, des surfactants, des agents anti-oxydants, etc... Le choix de ces agents ainsi que leur pourcentage en poids est bien connu des spécialistes dans ce domaine et ne sera pas décrit ci-après plus en détail.
EXF.MPLE
Un lait auto-bronzant prolongateur de bronzage a été préparé. ha composition de ce lait était la suivante:
- 1~ en poids de dihydroxy acétone;
- 1~ en poids de d-panthénol;
- 1% en poids de sel de sodium de l'acide pyrrolidone carboxylique; et - 0,25~ en poids d'allantoîne.
Le reste de la formulation était constitué d'eau, de glycérine, d'alcool de lanoline, d'huiles minérales, de perhydrosqualène, de cire émulsifiante, de cholestérol, de DMDM hydantoine, de nipagine et d'un parfum.
Des essais ont été effectués avec ce lait sur un groupe de personnes à peau relativement sensible, s'étant exposées pendant une période de temps assez longue au soleil. Ce lait s'est avéré aussi efficace que les laits après bronzage existants, dans la mesure où ils ont assuré
l'hydratation requise de la peau avec une bonne réduction de la douleur dues aux brûlures occasionnées par les rayons UV.
Les personnes ayant utilisé ce lait ont en outre vu leur bronzage substantiellement accentué grâce à la dihydroxy acétone utilisée comme agent auto-bronzant. ~ 3 ~ 168 ~

Usually people with extremely skin sensitive or prone to inflammation that is exposed to use sun cream to do this very high numbers to protect themselves as much as possible from the shelves UV and, from there avoid sunburn and phenomena of photosensitivity. Now, it is known that these are the same UV rays which stimulate the formation of melanin in human cells and from there getting a nice tan that almost everyone is looking for, especially vacation.
The object of the present invention is to provide a milk that all people and especially those with skin extremely sensitive and / or prone to inflammation may use after tanning like any other milk existing to moisturize their skin and calm inflammation due to the sun, while providing said people with a artificial tanning thanks to the presence of an auto-bronzer capable of artificially "coloring" the skin. Thanks to this addition, people using milk according the invention not only get the moisturizing effect and softener desired, but also an acceleration substantial and spectacular of their tan.
Self Tanning Milk Tanning Extender according to the invention which is of the same type as above mentioned, is advantageously characterized in that it includes in its formulation at least one self-enough tanning to get a tan desired artificial.
Preferably, this self-tanning agent is the dihydroxyacetone (DHA) used at a rate of 0.5 to 2.0 ~ in weight.
The moisturizing agent used in the formulation is preferably consisting of 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of acid carboxylic pyrrolidone. According to an all embodiment particularly advantageous, milk can also incorporate from 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of d-panthenol.
The calming agent preferably consists of 0.2 to 0.4% by weight of allanto ~ ne.
These various agents are of course mixed in a dermatologically acceptable vehicle of the type oil in water emulsion, which may contain one or more several basic additives or other agents such as stabilizers, moisture regulators and / or pH, emulsifiers, surfactants, agents antioxidants, etc ... The choice of these agents as well as their weight percentage is well known to specialists in this field and will not be described below in more detail.
EXF.MPLE
A self-tanning milk extension tan has been prepared. The composition of this milk was as follows:
- 1 ~ by weight of dihydroxy acetone;
- 1 ~ by weight of d-panthenol;
- 1% by weight of sodium salt of the acid carboxylic pyrrolidone; and - 0.25 ~ by weight of allantoïne.
The rest of the formulation consisted of water, glycerin, lanolin alcohol, mineral oils, perhydrosqualene, emulsifying wax, cholesterol, DMDM hydantoin, nipagine and a fragrance.
Tests have been carried out with this milk on a group of people with relatively sensitive skin, having exposed for a fairly long period of time to Sun. This milk has been found to be as effective as milk after existing tanning, as far as they have ensured the required hydration of the skin with a good reduction of pain from burns from UV rays.
People who have used this milk have also seen their substantially accentuated tanning thanks to dihydroxy acetone used as a self-tanning agent.
