Abstract

: Ce nouveau produit que j'ai appelé "Poubellier" est un support qui peut être fabriqué en bois franc, en métal ou en plastique. Il sert à soutenir les sacs d'ordures en plastique qui n'ont pas de corps, soit en position fermée, soit en position ouverte et est opéré par une simple action de la main. Etant fabriqué en différentes dimensions, il peut s'adapter à des sacs de dimensions variées. Ce support est fixé au mur à une hauteur d'environ 24 pouces au sol, de sorte que le fond du sac à ordures appuie légèrement sur le plancher. En plus petit format il s'installe à l'intérieur d'une armoire de cuisine. Ce support est fixé au mur à une hauteur telle du sol que le fond du sac appuie légèrement sur le plancher. En plus petit format il est fixé sur la face interne d'ime porte d'armoire de cuisine.
Par son caractère cette présente invention se classe parmi les articles de cuisine.
De par sa nature ce nouveau support permet l'utilisation directe et facile des gros sacs à ordures en plastique sans avoir re-cours à des contenants, ou poubelles, communément employés et dans lesquels les sacs restent coincés lorsqu'ils sont rem-plis à pleine capacité.
Dans le cas de la présente invention, lorsque le sac de plas-tique est rempli d'ordures a pleine capacité, celui-ci n'a pas à être soulevé pour être dissocié du support. L'usager n'a qu'à retirer le collet de serrage élastique et à ramener les rebords du sac, qui avaient été rabattus sur les languettes du support, pour finalement retirer le sac par en-dessous du support afin de le mettre aux vidanges.

This support is fixed to the wall at a height such as the ground that the bottom of the bag presses lightly on the floor. In smaller format it is fixed on the inside of a cupboard door of the kitchen.
By its character this present invention is classified among the kitchen items.
By its nature this new medium allows direct use and easy big plastic garbage bags without having to re-courses in containers, or trash cans, commonly used and in which the bags get stuck when they are replaced folds at full capacity.
In the case of the present invention, when the plas-tick is full of garbage at full capacity, this one has not to be lifted to be separated from the support. The user just remove the elastic clamp and bring it back the edges of the bag, which had been folded over the tabs of the support, to finally remove the bag from below the support to put it in the drain.

2~ 2 ~lemoire descri~tif (suite) L'idée créa-trice que ce nouveau support met en oeuvre provient du fait que les languettes supportant le sac à ordures sont horizontales et s'articulent en cisaillant les rebrods du sac, procurant de la sorte une parfaite étanchéité aux odeurs de déchets quand le support est en position fermée. Cette carac-téristique est tout-à-fait innovatrice par rapport aux autres inventions de supports qui ont déjà été brevetées.
En position ouverte ce support a la forme d'un losanve lorsque vu en plan (fig. 3). Afin de bien retenir les rebords du sac à ordures qui sont rabattus contre les languettes, un collet élastisque fait le tour des quatre coins du losange où il y est coincé entre les deux languettes hori~ontales parce qu'elles sont lég~rement biseautées en leurs bouts. Ce collet élastique emprisonné, mais amovible, constitue un collet de serrage très efficace, empêchant par le ~ait même le sac à ordures de se dissocier du support durant l'usage, même dans les cas où les dimensions du sac excédent les dimensions losangiques du support.

L'usager peut alors insérer les sacs à ordures en plastique à l'intérieur de la forme losangique par en dessous et doit en rabattre les xebords par-dessus les languettes vers l'extérieur du losange. This character-teristics is quite innovative compared to others support inventions that have already been patented.
In the open position this support has the shape of a losanve when seen in plan (fig. 3). To properly retain the edges of the bag garbage that is folded against the tabs, a collar elastisk goes around the four corners of the rhombus where it is wedged between the two hori ~ ontale tabs because they are slightly ~ beveled at their ends. This elastic collar trapped, but removable, constitutes a very tight clamping collar effective, preventing the ~ even the garbage bag from dissociate from the support during use, even in cases where dimensions of the bag exceed the diamond dimensions of the support.

Claims

Claim Request No. 448,387 Aspects of the invention, about which a right excludes if intellectual property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

1 - A support for garbage bags intended to be fixed to the wall, to firmly support household garbage bags plastic managers that have no body in themselves, in posi-open, or in the fully closed position without re-course with no cover; the support consists of a simple and unique arrangement of four tabs that vote on each other at their ends and when these tabs are extended the support follows the shape a diamond with variable opening; one of the four pivots re-holds the diamond on a base, which is attached to a board for wall mounting.

2 - A support for garbage bags as described in the claim tion No. 1, the four tabs of which are connected horizontally in relation to each other by means of pivots;
the horizontal assembly of the tabs produces a shearing of the tabs in the closed position and, when garbage bag is inserted into it, this shearing effect-unique and new provides a perfect seal release of bad odors likely to be released from inside the bag.

3 - A support for garbage bags as described in the claim cation No. 1, which firmly holds the garbage bags, thanks to the insertion of an elastic collar which goes around of the four corners of the rhombus, outside, which traps the folded edges of the bag at the bottom of the wedges produced in the bevelled ends of the horizontal tabs, thus providing a very rigid attachment of the bag to the support.
