Abstract

PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION:

Polymères multicellulaires, caractérisés en ce qu'ils sont obtenus par chauffage entre 100 et 300°C d'un mélange compre-nant de l'anhydride maléique et une polyaldimine de formule générale A ( N - CH - G)n (I) dans laquelle le symbole G représente un radical organique mono-valent renfermant moins de 35 atomes de carbone et comportant au moins un cycle aromatique ou un hétérocycle situé en .alpha. du groupement imine de la formule (I), le symbole A représente un radical organi-que de valence n renfermant moins de 50 atomes de carbone et compor-tant au moins un cycle aromatique ou un hétérocycle situé en .alpha.
du groupement imine de la formula (I) et n représente un nombre au moins égal à 2, la proportion des réactifs du mélange variant de 0,5 à 5 moles d'anhydride maléique par groupement imine. Les poly-mères multicellulaires selon l'invention sont particulièrement uti-lisables pour la réalisation d'isolants en plaques ou tubulaires destinés notamment à l'industrie du bâtiment et aux industries aéro-nautique et spatiale.
