Abstract
CONSTRUÇÃO QUE EXPRESSA RECEPTOR QUIMÉRICO E USO DA MESMA PARA A ATIVAÇÃO CONTROLADA DE RESPOSTA DE DEFESA A PATÓGENOS EM PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma construção capaz de expressar em pelo menos um tecido de planta, um receptor quimérico, o dito receptor quimérico sendo essencialmente feito da região extracelular, compreendendo a porção juxta-membrana externa, de um primeiro receptor de quinase R1; e a região transmembrana e a região intracelular, compreendendo a porção juxta-membrana interna, de um segundo receptor de quinase R2, em R1 e R2 são diferentes, e ao uso dos mesmos.
