Abstract

sistema para uso em um poço, sistema para uso em furo de poço, mecanismo de falha no estado, e método para operar um mecanismo de falha no estado uma técnica permite o controle à prova de falhas sobre acionadores usados para acionar ferramentas dentro de poço. a técnica pode utilizar um sistema de poço tendo uma ferramenta com um elemento ajustável. um mecanismo de acionamento serve como um mecanismo de falha no estado e funciona em cooperação com o elemento ajustável. o elementode acionamento é deslocável mediante recebimento de uma entrada predeterminada; entretanto, o elemento de acionamento não move o elemento ajustável em cada deslocamento. uma vez que o elemento de acionamento foi deslocado, o número de vezes necessário para mover o elemento ajustável para outra posição, em pelo menos um deslocamento subsequente do elemento de acionamento, não é capaz de causar movimento do elemento ajustável. o resultado é uma técnica de falha no estado para assegurar que a ferramenta não seja acionada inadvertidamente para outra posição de operação.
