Abstract

MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR A DISSINCRONIA ENTRE UM PACIENTE E UM SISTEMA DE SUPORTE DE PRESSÃO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA DETECTAR A DISSINCRONIA ENTRE UM PACIENTE E UM SISTEMA DE SUPORTE DE PRESSÃO . Um método para detectar a dissincronia entre um paciente e um sistema de suporte de pressão inclui receber dados de fluxo do paciente referentes a um fluxo de gás provido ao paciente pelo sistema de suporte de pressão, recebendo um sinal do estado I/E representando uma fase respiratória do paciente conforme determinado pelo sistema de suporte de pressão, e analisando os dados de fluxo do paciente e o sinal do estado I/E e declarando uma dissincronia para uma respiração com base pelo menos em um dados de fluxo do paciente e o sinal do estado I/E. O método inclui determinar se pelo menos um número de critérios predeterminados é satisfatório com base pelo menos em um dos dados de fluxo do paciente e no sinal do estado I/E, e declarar a dissincronia para a respiração se for determinado que pelo menos um do número de critérios predeterminados é satisfatório.
