EM FORMULAÇÕES COSMÉTICAS E FARMACÊUTICAS COMO AGENTE ANTIENVELHECIMENTO POR MECANISMOS SIMILARES AOS RETINQIDES. representado por uma solução inventiva balizada na utilização do extrato de picão-preto (Bidens pilosa L.) como agente antienvelhecimento por mecanismos similares aos dos retinóides clássicos, estimulando receptores do tipo RXR para retinóides com atividade na proliferação e renovação da epiderme e na síntese de nova matriz extracelular, promotor do aumento da expressão do receptor do fator de crescimento epidérmico (EGF), do gene para pro-colágeno, da produção de fatores de crescimento tecidual e de componentes da matriz extracelular, além de atuar como protetor e reparador do DNA, no aumento da produção de enzimas antioxidantes e na redução da produção de mediadores inflamatórios, os quais são mantenedores da função celular normal, conferindo direta e/ou indiretamente uma ação antienvelhecimento, podendo ser utilizado na sua forma bruta, na forma de extrato com solventes orgánicos ou ainda por extração aquosa ou com fluido super crítico, puro ou em qualquer proporção de mistura com outros extratos, óleos e/ou ingredientes em preparações de produtos cosméticos e farmacêuticos.USE OF BLACK PICTURE EXTRACT (BIDENS PILOSA L.)
