Abstract

bombas eletricas submersíveis sem sonda em poço. uma coluna de esp em poço que pode ser instalada ou recuperada com um cabo de aço ao invés de uma sonda. a esp é combinada com um motor e uma válvula hidráulica para bombear o fluido de formação de um poço até a superfície. um conector úmido é usado para facilitação de conexões elétricas e hidráulicas. o sistema de esp é disposto em uma coluna de tubulação localizada no revestimento de um poço. a válvula hidráulica controla o fluxo de fluido da formação para o esp. abrindo para permiter que o fluido flua para a esp, e fechando para parada da produção. quando a válvula está fechada, o esp pode ser limpo com salmoura introduzida através de uma janela de fluxo na válvula. esta operação de limpeza permite que a coluna de esp seja recuperada de uma maneira amigável em termos ambientais. além disso, a instalação e a recuperação com cabo de aço é significativamente menos dispendiosa e menos complicada do que o possível atualmente com uma sonda.
