Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA ATIVAR UM CATALISADOR DE FISCHER-TROPSCH Um sistema para ativar catalisador de Fischer-Tropsch compreendendo um reator tendo uma saída para gás em excesso e operável sob condições por meio das quais um catalisador em um volume de carreador líquido compreendendo diesel de Fischer-Tropsch, óleo de reciclagem de hidrocraqueamento ou uma combinação dos mesmos pode ser ativada na presença de um gás de ativação; um condensador compreendendo uma entrada fluidicamente conectada à saída do reator para o gás em excesso e compreendendo uma saída de condensador para líquidos condensados e uma unidade de separação compreendendo uma entrada fluidicamente conectada à saída do condensador e uma saída do separador para uma corrente compreendendo primariamente diesel de Fischer-Tropsch e uma linha de reciclagem que conecta-se fluidamente à saída do separador, uma unidade de hidrocraqueamento, ou ambos ao reator, por meio do qual diesel de Fischer-Tropsch recuperado do gás em excesso do reator, óleo de reciclagem de hidrocraqueamento ou uma combinação dos mesmos pode servir como carreador líquido para catalisador no reator. Um método para ativar catalisador de Fischer-Tropsch também é fornecido.
