método e aparelho para placa de distração óssea. as concretizações descritas referem-se a um dispositivo de placa de distração óssea, que é implantado por meio de cirurgia, com o propósito de promover o novo crescimen to ósseo mediante o processo de distração. o dispositivo compreende uma prótese que alo- ja um mecanismo de rosca que é fixado em uma haste roscada, a qual se estende através do tecido a partir de uma onlay e é cirurgicamente colocada no osso alveolar. após um bre-ve período de incubação, o mecanismo de rosca é então ativado diariamente até que se atinja a quantidade desejada do novo crescimento ósseo (em termos de altura e largura).
