Abstract

processo para produção de metano a partir dos líquidos provenientes de processos e de material biogênico onde em uma forma de execução preferencial, os líquidos de esgoto e de processos disponíveis são misturados em um reservatório sob temperatura de processo de aprox. 95 ºc para líquido de esgoto e de processos ou substratos ou água limpa temperados em aprox. 55 ºc com biomassa e matérias primas renováveis biologicamente e subprodutos a decompor tais como óleos de fusel, torta filtrada de cana-de-açúcar, bem como águas de lavação e o mosto resultante após um tempo de reação de até 24 h sob extração do dióxido de carbono é introduzido em camadas na camada inferior da instalação lacustre. através da distribuição homogênea do mosto bem como uma circulação de biogás no interior dos reatores de biogás sob uma temperatura constante de aprox. 55 ºc +/- 2 ºc e aprox. de 37 ºc é atingido um processo otimizado de desenvolvimento de biogás sob decomposição do carbono orgânico nas áreas assim denominadas termófilas e mesófilas com uma abrangente decomposição do material biogênico dentro de 7 até 15 dias. através do processo de circulação de biogás com o substrato, paralelamente ao procedimento de mistura, ocorre uma diminuição dos teores de dióxido de carbono no biogás da mesma forma que na operação mesófila com relativo aumento dos teores de gás metano e a elevação do valor calórico. os teores de dióxido de carbono podem ser diminuídos ainda mais através da adição de leite de cal ou águas alcalinas de lavação. visto que os efluentes de processos não estão disponíveis o ano interior (12 meses) nas mesmas quantidades, os reservatórios lacustres são operados de forma modular em diversos tanques conectados entre si através de tubulações
