Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE HIDROGêNIO ALTAMENTE INTEGRADO DE MODO TéRMICO REFORMANDO-SE UMA MATéRIA-PRIMA DE HIDROCARBONETO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de hidrogênio altamente integrado de modo térmico reformando-se uma matéria-prima de hidrocarboneto que compreende um estágio a em que uma corrente de ar ou água, cuja temperatura é menor em pelo menos 200°C do que a temperatura de combustão dentro de um queimador, é misturada com o efluente que é obtido do dito queimador, de modo a reduzir a temperatura deste efluente para menos do que 725°C; um estágio b em que a mistura que é obtida do estágio a entra em um primeiro trocador de calor e é usada para superaquecer pelo menos uma corrente de vapor d'água e/ou matéria-prima de hidrocarboneto na forma gasosa, por meio do qual a dita corrente que é assim superaquecida por troca de calor indireta é injetada diretamente em um reator de reformação onde ela é usada como um combustível; e um estágio c em que a mistura que é obtida do estágio b entra em um segundo trocador de calor e é usada para evaporar totalmente uma corrente de água líquida e/ou matéria-prima de hidrocarboneto.
