Abstract
MÓDULO DE REATOR PARA SÍNTESE DE FISCHERTROPSCH, PLANTA PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE GÁS NATURAL PARA PRODUZIR HIDROCARBONETOS DE CADEIA MAIS LONGA, E, PROCESSO PARA REALIZAR A SÍNTESE DE FISCHER-TROPSCH. Um módulo do reator para síntese de Fischer-Tropsch consiste em um bloco do reator (10) geralmente retangular compreendendo uma pilha de placas (12) definindo canais de fluxo (15) para o líquido refrigerante e canais de fluxo (17, 117) para a reação de síntese dispostos alternadamente no bloco. Os canais de fluxo (17, 117) da síntese estendem-se em uma direção geralmente vertical entre as faces superior e inferior do bloco do reator (10) e são definidos por placas (12), em combinação com ou barras (18) ou folhas (119) de tal forma que cada canal é de largura não superior a 200 mm. Os canais de fluxo de líquido refrigerante (15) são orientados na mesma direção e se comunicam através de câmaras distribuidoras (26) com aberturas de entrada e saída em faces laterais do bloco do reator. Uma planta pode conter uma multiplicidade de tais módulos do reator, operando em paralelo, sendo os módulos interpermutáveis e substituíveis. O controle de temperatura é melhorado ao permitir que o fluxo de líquido refrigerante seja paralelo ao fluxo de gás de síntese.
