Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR. Um dispositivo distribuidor que inclui uma rampa de distribuição (3) que se projeta para dentro do tanque em um ângulo inclinado (alfa) em relação à direção vertical para a distribuição do material no interior do tanque (2). Uma roda de engrenagem (4) gira ao redor de um eixo de rotação central vertical (L) e inclui uma canaleta de entrada (5) basicamente vertical que se projeta para o interior do tanque (2). A rampa de distribuição (3) é conectada à peça inferior da referida roda de engrenagem, e a referida canaleta de entrada (5) se abre ascendentemente para recolher qualquer material solto que se mova gravitacionalmente, e para baixo para descarregar o dito material solto para a rampa de distribuição (3) e, em seguida, através da mesma até o tanque (1). Uma estrutura de sustentação circular (6) é conectada horizontalmente à roda de engrenagem (4), concentricamente em relação ao eixo de rotação central vertical. Vários rolos de sustentação (7, 8, 9) são adaptados ao tanque (1) de tal modo que os eixos (10, 11, 12) dos rolos de sustentação estejam posicionados radialmente em relação ao eixo de rotação central (L). Os ditos rolos de sustentação (7, 8, 9) são dispostos em contato com a estrutura de sustentação (6) para o apoio da roda de engrenagem sobre os rolos de sustentação, e para a montagem do rolamento da roda de engrenagem que será girada em relação ao tanque. Um atuador (13) é utilizado para girar a roda de engrenagem (4). Pelo menos um dos rolos de sustentação (7, 8, 9) atua como um rolo de sustentação (7) utilizado com o propósito de conduzir a roda de engrenagem, o referido rolo de sustentação sendo girado pelo atuador (13). O dispositivo distribuidor inclui um contrapeso (22) que é preso à roda de engrenagem (4), no lado oposto do eixo central de rotação (L) em relação à rampa de distribuição (3). O contrapeso (22) sendo empregado para equilibrar a roda de engrenagem (4).
