Abstract

material sólido poroso, gerador de gás para gerar gás nitrogênio, e, processo para gerar gás nitrogênio a invenção está direcionada a um material sólido poroso, adequado para gerar gás nitrogênio, o dito material tendo uma porosidade de 20 a 75 o/o em volume, e uma composição compreendendo, com base no peso do material de 60 a 90% em peso de azida de sódio, o, 1 a 20 % em peso de um refrigerante químico inerte com base em pelo menos um sal inorgânico tendo uma capacidade de aquecimento de pelo menos 1400 jik/kg, 0,1 a 20% em peso de agente de modificação selecionado dos óxidos metálicos e carbonatos metálicos, e um aglutinante, selecionado do grupo que consiste de pelo menos um silicato de metal alcalino, preferivelmente silicato de sódio, ou um poli-tetrazol, em uma quantidade entre 3 e 15% em peso.
