Abstract

MISTURADOR DINÂMICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um misturador dinâmico para componentes viscosos, em particular, para a misturação de massas dentais, com um rotor (30)e uma carcaça (2), que apresenta aberturas de entrada (12, 13) dianteiras para os componentes, e pelo menos, uma abertura de saída (20) traseira, e cujo espaço interno abrange uma antecâmara (17) desemboca na câmara principal (22), sendo que a antecâmara (17) desemboca na câmara principal (22) em uma seção de passagem (16) que se reduz de modo distal. Para a precisa regulagem de concentração dos componentes a serem misturados dos componentes conduzidos, também no caso de oscilações da concentração dos mesmo, e para a obtenção de um alto grau de homogeneização é sugerido que o misturador dinâmico (1) apresente, pelo menos, um canal individual (23a-d) como passagem da antecâmara (17) para a câmara principal (22), sendo que a largura do canal individual (23a-d) se estende através de uma extensão parcial da seção de passagem (16).
