Abstract
MáQUINA DE DOBRAMENTO DE CANO COM MANDRIL DE DOBRAMENTO TENDO UMA ESTRUTURA DE MANCAL DE CARGA QUE E PARTICULARMENTE RESISTENTE A TENSõES DE TRABALHO Máquina de dobramento de cano com mandril de dobramento com uma estrutura de mancal de carga que é particularmente resistente a tensões de trabalho, que compreende um extrator (2) que é fixado em uma porção posterior da máquina de dobramento de cano, sendo que uma haste de mandril (13) se estende com o próprio eixo geométrico longitudinal (g) do extrator além de uma porção frontal da máquina, onde uma cabeça de dobramento (7), que é fornecida com uma matriz (8), tensiona um cano (T) paradobrá-lo, e que é inserido em um mandril (12), através da tração resultante da força transmitida ao longo da haste de mandril (13) para o extrator (2) que se contrapóe a uma reação restritiva resultante. The barrel bending machine comprises a load bearing structure (1) having a profile contained in a longitudinal geometric axis (g) of the mandrel shank (13), such that the load bearing structure (1) is subjected. mainly the compression stress.
