Abstract

"MÉTODO E EQUIPAMENTO DE SINTERIZAÇÃO DE FIOS PARA SINTERIZAÇÃO CONTÍNUA E REDUÇÃO PRÉVIA DE MATERIAL MINERAL PELETIZADO" A invenção concerne um método e equipamento de sinterização de fios para sinterização contínua e redução prévia de material mineral peletizado. O equipamento inclui um forno de sinterização de fios (1). O equipamento inclui ainda: -um canal de conexão (14, 15), que proporciona comunicação de fluxo de um duto de exaustão de gás inferior (8, 9) com um duto de entrada de gás ( 12, 13) , para conduzir pelo menos uma porção do aquecimento/sinterização resfriamento (V, VI), gás que sai de ( I I , I I I ) par a uma uma zona zona de de -um sensor de gás (16, 17), o qual é disposto no canal de conexão ( 14, 15) para detectar a composição do gás, um canal de escapamento de ar ( 18, 19) , o qual proporciona 20 comunicação de fluxo entre o duto de exaustão de gás inferior (8, 9) e a atmosfera, e uma válvula de escapamento de ar (20, 21), a qual se dispõe no canal de escapamento de ar (18, 19) para abertura e fechamento da comunicação de fluxo. Para tornar a composição de gás redutora, um dispositivo de controle (22) é disposto para monitorar as composições de gás detectadas pelo sensor de gás (16, 17) e, baseado nisso, controlar a válvula de escapamento de ar (20, 21), para controlar o acesso de ar proveniente da 30 atmosfera para o duto de exaustão de gás (8, 9), de modo a ajustar o teor de oxigênio do gás e/ou ajustar o coeficiente do ar de combustão de um queimador ( 7) , para ajustar o teor de monóxido de carbono do gás."YEAR SINTERING METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONTINUOUS SINTERING AND PRE-REDUCTION OF PELLETIZED MINERAL MATERIAL" The invention concerns a wire sintering method and equipment for continuous sintering and pre-reduction of pelleted mineral material. The equipment includes a wire sintering oven (1). The equipment further includes: - a connection channel (14, 15), which provides flow communication from a lower gas exhaust duct (8, 9) with a gas inlet duct (12, 13), to lead through the at least a portion of the heating/cooling sintering (V, VI), gas exiting (I I, I I I) to a gas sensor zone (16, 17), which is arranged in the connecting channel (14, 15) for detecting the gas composition, an air exhaust channel (18, 19), which provides flow communication between the lower gas exhaust duct (8, 9) and the atmosphere, and a air exhaust valve (20, 21), which is arranged in the air exhaust channel (18, 19) for opening and closing the flow communication. To make the gas composition reductive, a control device (22) is arranged to monitor the gas compositions detected by the gas sensor (16, 17) and, based on that, control the air exhaust valve (20, 21) , to control the access of air coming from the 30 atmosphere to the gas exhaust duct (8, 9), in order to adjust the oxygen content of the gas and/or adjust the combustion air coefficient of a burner (7) , to adjust the carbon monoxide content of the gas.
