Abstract
INSERçãO DE CORTE TANGENCIAL. A presente invenção revela uma inserção de corte tangencial adequada para usinar a superfície de parede de ângulo reto com uma resistência de corte minimizada a partir da superfície plana usinada de uma obra. Uma inserção de corte tangencial de acordo com a presente invenção tem um formato geralmente hexaédrico com uma superfície de extremidade frontal, uma superfície de extremidade posterior, tem a superfície lateral superior, ima superfície lateral inferior, uma prirreira superfície lateral de trontagem e uma segunda superfície lateral de mzntagem, é provida com um orifício vazado que passa através dos centros das superfícies laterais de montagem, bordas de corte são formadas na intersecção de cada superfície de extremidade e das superfícies laterais; onde a superfície lateral inferior tem quatro cantos e compreende duas subsuperficies inclinadas que têm uma cumeeira limite entre elas se estendendo entre dois cantos diagonalmente opostos e são inclinados na direção dos outros dois cantos diagonalmente opostos. Portanto, o ângulo na vista da superfície de extremidade frontal constituído pela intersecção da superfície de extremidade frontal e da primeira superfície lateral de montagem e a intersecção da superfície de extremidade frontal e da superfície lateral inferior, e o ângulo na vista da superfície de extremidade posterior constituído pela intersecção da superfície de extremidade posterior e da segunda superfície lateral de montagem e a intersecção da superfície de extremidade posterior e da superfície lateral inferior são um ângulo agudo substancialmente idêntico.
