Abstract

APARELHO EM PREPARAçãO DE FIAçãO PARA SEPARAR OBJETOS ESTRANHOS EM UM ROLO DE ALTA VELOCIDADE PARA ABRIR OU DESCARREGAR MATERIAL DE FIBRA, POR EXEMPLO, ALGODãO, FIBRAS SINTéTICAS OU SIMILARES. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em preparação de fiação para separar objetos estranhos em um rolo de alta velocidade para abrir ou descarregar material de fibra, por exemplo, algodão, fibras sintéticas ou similares, em que pelo menos um dispositivo para separar os objetos estranhos está associado com a face revestida do rolo de abertura ou rolo de descarga, cujo dispositivo compreende uma disposição para produzir uma corrente de ar de injeção que flui na direção da face revestida e gera um fluxo de ar que destaca os objetos estranhos da face revestida e carrega os objetos estranhos para longe, a disposição compreendendo uma pluralidade de injetores de ar que são dispostos através da largura do rolo de abertura ou rolo de descarga e são conectados a um tubo de ar comprimido e a válvulas. Para permitir em uma maneira estruturalmente simples uma qualidade de separação consistente, a saber, para influenciar a proporção de boas fibras no dejeto, e para permitir uma mudança rápida da ação da corrente de ar de injeção, uma barra para montar os injetores de ar está presente e a saída dos injetores de ar em localmente deslocável em relação à face revestida do rolo de abertura ou rolo de descarga.
