Abstract

"INJETOR ELETROMAGNéTICO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA COM INJEçãO DIRETA". Trata-se de um injetor de combustível, caracterizado por compreender: uma válvula de injeção (7) provida de uma agulha móvel (15) para regular o fluxo de combustível através de um bico injetor (3); um corpo de suporte (4) tendo um eixo tubular e apresentando um canal de alimentação (5) que termina com a válvula de injeção (7); e um atuador eletromagnético (6) que compreende uma mola (10), a qual tende a manter a agulha (15) na posição de fechamento, e um eletroímã (8), o qual compreende uma bobina (11) disposta fora do corpo de suporte (4), um induzido magnético fixo (12) disposto dentro do corpo de suporte, e um retentor (9), que é disposto dentro do corpo de suporte (4) e magneticamente atraído pelo induzido magnético (12) contra a propensão da mola (10), e mecanicamente conectado à agulha (15); a bobina (11) apresentando um formato toroidal tendo uma superfície anular interna (30), que está diretamente em contato com uma superfície externa (31) do corpo de suporte (4) sem a interposição de nenhum elemento intermediário.
