Abstract

MéTODO DE CONVERSãO DE ETANOL EM ESTOQUE DE BASE PARA COMBUSTìVEL DIESEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de conversão de etanol em estoque de base de combustível diesel que compreende: - um estágio de reação (a) de contato do etanol com um catalisador ácido, amorfo ou estruturado, predominantemente mesoporoso, por exemplo a uma temperatura de 300 C a 500 C a uma pressão de 2 a 10 MPa e a WHSV de 0,2 a 4 h-¹, produzindo uma fase gasosa, uma fase líquida orgânica e uma fase líquida aquosa, e - um estágio (b) de separação da fase gasosa, a fase líquida orgânica e a fase líquida aquosa em uma pressão próxima da pressão de reação. O método pode envolver reciclagem de pelo menos parte da fase gasosa separada no estágio (b) para o estágio (a) e hidrogenação de pelo menos parte da fase líquida orgânica separada no estágio (b).
