Abstract

material biocompatível, processo de obtenção de material biocompatível e uso de material biocompatível em implantes e próteses. este invento trata da modificação do caráter bioinerte das superfícies formadas por todas as fases de alumina, safira, boliemita e demais oxidohidroxidos de alumínio, assim como, de aluminio metálico, para biocompatível. a modificação é consequência da reação de ácidos dicarboxilicos com a superfície destes materiais. a superfície modificada apresenta biocompatibilidade por formar um revestimento de fosfato de cálcio quando colocada em contato com os fluidos corpóreos ou por formar este revestimento pela simples imersão em soluções que simulem os fluidos corpóreos (fluido corpóreo simulado fos) ou soluções contendo jons cálcio e fosfato. a invenção trata da modificação do caráter bioinerte dos materiais propostos neste invento para biocompatível. a modificação torna biocompatíveis, próteses, implantes e outros objetos formados por todas as fases de alumina, safira, bohemita e demais oxidohidroxidos de alumínio, assim como, de alumínio metálico, o invento representa um método simples, rápido e de baixo custo para a modificação do caráter bioinerte para totalmente biocompativel das superfícies descritas neste invento tornando biocompatíveis as próteses, implantes e outros objetos que apresentem esta composição e/ou superfície.
