Abstract
REATOR E SISTEMA PARA HIDROPROCESSAMENTO ASSISTIDO POR MICROONDAS. A presente invenção se refere a um reator aperfeiçoado que permite o processamento de cargas ou misturas de hidrocarbonetos, assistido por microondas e seu sistema de atuação, o qual opera sob elevados valores de temperatura e de pressão de hidrogênio ou outros gases, e em regime continuo ou de batelada. A invenção se refere a modificações na configuração geométrica do reator para processar cargas e hidrocarbonetos diversos, com ou sem adição de catalisadores, em presença ou não de hidrogênio ou outros gases, formando um sistema que inclui um vaso reacional e dispositivos associados, de modo a permitir uma melhor transmitância da radiação sobre a carga a ser processada, e garantir o máximo de absorção das microondas pelo meio reacional, independente de sua composição.
