Abstract

Método para evitar goivas e interferências durante o contorno de uma superfície. é descrito um método para determinar a geometria de uma ferramenta e a orientação de uma ferramenta para uma trajetória prescrita ao longo de uma peça obra de uma ferramenta de corte. é fornecido um conjunto de parâmetros, sendo que os parâmetros do conjunto de parâmetros incluem a geometria da ferramenta e a orientação da ferramenta com relação a uma superficie da peça obra. Os valores para os parâmetros no conjunto de parâmetros são determinados de tal forma que não ocorra uma interferência local ou uma interferência global, sendo que a interferência local ocorre quando uma parte da ferramenta imediatamente adjacente ao bordo de corte da ferramenta entra em contato com a parede lateral de uma ranhura já cortada pela ferramenta de corte, e uma interferência global ocorre quanto uma parte da ferramenta, além da borda de corte, entra em contato com a parede lateral de uma ranhura já cortada pela ferramenta de corte.
