Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA ADIçãO DE SOLUçõES AQUOSAS A PROCESSOS DE ALTAS TEMPERATURAS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e sistemas para estender a vida útil de um catalisador de desidrogenação são descritos aqui. Por exemplo, uma concretização inclui proporcionar um recipiente de reação, carregado com um catalisador de desidrogenação, com uma corrente de alimentação por meio de um conduto em comunicação operacional com o recipiente de reação. A corrente de alimentação pode incluir um hidrocarboneto aromático de alquila, e o catalisador de desidrogenação pode ser adaptado para converter o hidrocarboneto aromático de alquila em um hidrocarboneto aromático de vinila. A corrente de alimentação pode ser contatada com um extensor de vida útil de catalisador aquoso, em que o extensor de vida útil de catalisador aquoso entra no conduto a uma velocidade linear suficiente para impedir vaporização do extensor de vida útil de catalisador no conduto, antes de contato com a corrente de alimentação.
