Abstract
ENDOSCóPIO COM CAPACIDADE DE MANOBRA APRIMORADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método para exame endoscópico de um conduto tubular que é descrito. O aparelho é fornecido com um tubo de inserção encaixado em uma extremidade distal do mesmo com uma cabeça ótica para visualização do interior do conduto. O tubo de inserção é acoplado com uma manga inflável principal, que sob inflação é capaz de propulsar o endoscópio através do conduto. O tubo de inserção também é acoplado com a pelo menos uma manga inflável auxiliar, que sob inflação do mesmo fornece força propulsora adicional para o avanço do tubo de inserção através do conduto. Por inflar a manga principal e a pelo menos uma manga auxiliar, é possível distribuir a força propulsora ao longo do tubo de inserção.
