Abstract
PROCESSO DE GOFRAGEM E MICRO-GOFRAGEM E RESPECTIVOS COMPONENTES, processo de gofragem e micro-gofragem e respectivos componentes passível de ser aplicado na maior parte dos produtos (L) e materiais flexíveis usados na industria gráfica, utilizando-se, para tanto de um único cilindro gravado (2) aquecido; o processo operacional é simples, permitindo sua utilização imediata, bastando acoplar o cilindro às máquinas impressoras em contrapressão de um cilindro pressor (3), gerando grande economia e atingindo resultados ainda não revelados no mercado, principalmente em relação a micro-gofragem em laminados flexíveis; o processo inovado, aplica-se às áreas de gofragens rotativas nos setores de rotogravura e flexografia, que estão incluídas na área gráfica de impressões rotativas em embalagens flexíveis, filmes decorativos, indústrias convertedoras de plásticos flexíveis, extrudados (plásticos) e laminados (conjunto plásticos colados); o processo inovado tem como objetivos, agregar, aos mais diferentes produtos da industria gráfica de filmes e suportes flexíveis, um apelo decorativo e ou proteção contra a clonagem, atuando como elemento de segurança.
