Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DISPENSADOR DE GRANULOS COM VEDAçãO DE AR. Descrito como o presente Certificado de Adição apresenta uma embalagem projetada de forma que o produto em seu interior não tenha contato direto com o ar quando aberto e que seja hermético quando fechado, preservando suas características, para tanto, é preferencialmente conformado por oito peças sendo: um frasco/recipiente (1), um elemento de passagem fixo (2), uma corpo-interno móvel (3), um atuador móvel (4) uma sobre-capa fixa (5), uma mola de acionamento (12) e uma esfera de contenção (19). Com exceção do recipiente (1), mola de acionamento (2) e esfera de contenção (19), todas estas demais peças são preferencialmente produzidas em material plástico adequado para utilização com o produto a ser armazenado. O referido elemento de passagem (2) em conjunto com o recipiente (1) configura a porção superior da embalagem que, por sua vez é uma parte fixa e perfeitamente selada. A porção inferior é composta pela sobre-capa (5) que possui um perímetro circular, sendo aberta em sua porção superior e apresentando um corte em curva em sua porção inferior, a fim de impedir seu armazenamento com tal face voltada para baixo. A dita sobre-capa (5) apresenta ainda uma abertura lateral (9), a qual é adequada para a montagem do atuador móvel (4). De acordo com tais características os grânulos (G) permanecem sem contado com o ar, evitando contaminação e oxidação do produto no interior do recipiente (1), bem como facilitando a administração de doses sem a necessidade de uso de cápsulas ou manuseio do produto.
