BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Segaram Measure Screw Cap is a dual purpose lid for sealing bottles or jars which has a measuring cup built inside the lid which is one piece with the lid. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap can be used as a measure which is kept completely separate from the internal contents of the bottle or jar to avoid cross contamination or it can be used for storing separate products or ingredients preventing cross contamination. Both the cap with the measure and the measure lid are both temper evident protected to protect the integrity of contents of both containers. The top measure can also be divided if necessary to measure different volumes or hold more than one separate ingredient.

SEGARAM MEASURE SCREW CAP 3. DESCRIPTION The Segaram Measure Screw Cap can be used for any type of bottle or container with a threaded mouth in any shape or size. The Measure device is a fixed devise of a pre calculated volume formed in one piece with the cap. The measure can be used to measure the contents of the jar or other ingredients including liquid of a fixed volume, without the concern for cross contamination with the bottle/container contents. The measure forms a completely separate compartment inside the screw cap is also able hold promotional or other ingredients. At the same time, the cap will act as a screw top to protect the integrity of the product filled inside the jar and inside the separate measure compartment with a one piece tamper evident cap. The second part of this screw cap is a clear plastic lid which clips on the top end of the measuring cup / compartment to protect its contents and prevent contamination. The Segaram Measure Screw cap can also be used to hold promotional material or another product completely separate from the contents in the jar or bottle and also be protected with a clear cap. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap therefore enables another product to be stored completely separately from the contents in the main bottle / Jar within the main cap. The measuring cup faces outward & is completely segregated from the inside contents to avoid any cross contamination with anything used in the top measure including liquids. The cap with the measure is designed to suit a set specified thread and holds a preset & pre calculated volume. The screw cap also prevents moisture contamination with the use of a wad if necessary. The measure can be used for multiple measures for set recipes in multiple dosages to ensure consistency of the blend. ie. 1 measures of jar contents, 2 measures of water, 2 measure of milk. The Top measure compartment can also be sealed with a film if needed. The screw cap can be kept and used as separate mini storage container - even after the main contents of the bottle has been finished & disposed of. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap can also be used to seal any other container it fits with same size cap.

1. CLAIM The Segaram Measure Screw Cap is a screw cap with a built in measure / container. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap can be used as a measuring devise or a holding compartment The Segaram Measure Screw Cap measuring devise and/or compartment is one piece with the cap, with a clear separate lid protecting the measure/compartment contents. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap seals air tight with a wad protecting the integrity of the product. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap has two built in temper evident components in one piece to prevent tampering with both the main bottle/jar contents and the measure compartment also. The Segaram Measure Screw Cap has a completely separate measuring device which prevents cross contamination with the main contents. It can also be used to store a completely separate product in it separate compartment away from the contents of the jar it is sealing. The Cap on top of the Segaram Measure Screw Cap protects the contents, & prevents cross contamination. The screw cap can be kept and used as separate mini storage container - even after the main contents of the bottle has been finished & disposed of.
