A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de carregamento para um acumulador de energia elétrico recarregável, que alimenta uma rede de corrente de bordo de um veículo acionado com um motor de combustão interna. A invenção caracteriza-se pelo fato de que, o dispositivo de carregamento abrange uma célula de combustível, em particular, uma célula de combustível auto-umedecedora, resfriada a ar, que opera sem pressão.
