"ESQUEMA DE SELEçãO DE REDE UTILIZANDO UM INTERMEDIáRIO DE ROAMING (RB)". Um esquema de seleção de rede operável em um ambiente de rede (200) que tem uma ou mais redes de acesso por rádio (RANs 208-1 a 208-3), uma ou mais redes de núcleo sem fio (CNs 210-1 a 210-3) e uma ou mais redes de serviço sem fio (SNs 212-1 a 212-3) . Mediante a obtenção da informação de identidade de uma combinação de rede em particular, um dispositivo de equipamento de usuário (UE) sem fio (102) é operável para alinhamento com um intermediário de roaming (RB) (218), por meio do que uma informação adicional pode ser provida para o dispositivo (102) para facilitação da seleção apropriada de rede.
