Claims (4)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Sistema cirúrgico (10) caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende:a) um console cirúrgico (320);b) uma fonte (16) de fluido de irrigação associada com o console cirúrgico (320);c) uma peça de mão de facoemulsificação (9); ed) tubos de fluido (322) apresentando uma extremidade distai e uma extremidade proximal, os tubos de fluido (322) sendo conectados à peça de mão na extremidade distai e conectados à fonte de fluido de irrigação na extremidade proximal, os tubos de fluido (322) apresentando um primeiro diâmetro interno na extremidade proximal, o primeiro diâmetro interno se estendendo ao longo de uma porção substancial de um comprimento dos tubos de fluido (322), os tubos de fluido (322) apresentando adicionalmente um segundo diâmetro interno menor do que o primeiro diâmetro interno ao longo de uma porção (321, 323, 325) dos tubos de fluido (322) na extremidade distai dos tubos de fluido (322), a porção dos tubos de fluido (322) apresentando um segundo diâmetro interno sendo menor do que a porção substancial do comprimento dos tubos de fluido (322) apresentando o primeiro diâmetro interno, em que o primeiro diâmetro interno é 4,83 mm (0,190 polegadas); e o segundo diâmetro interno é 4,06 mm (0,16 polegadas).
- 2. Sistema, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o console cirúrgico (320) compreende um cartucho cirúrgico (327), e em que os tubos de fluido (322) compreendem porções intermediárias (321, 323) conectáveis ao cartucho, as porções intermediárias tendo o dito segundo diâmetro interno.

Sistema, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 ou 2, caractePetição 870180135041, de 27/09/2018, pág. 11/162/2 rizado pelo fato de que os tubos de fluido (322) têm um primeiro diâmetro externo de 7,14 mm (0,218 polegadas) correspondendo ao dito primeiro diâmetro interno, e um segundo diâmetro externo de 4,83 mm (0,190 polegadas) correspondendo ao dito segundo diâmetro interno.
- 4. Tubos de fluido (322) caracterizado pelo fato de que apresenta uma extremidade distal e uma extremidade proximal, os tubos de fluido (322) sendo adaptados para se conectarem a uma peça de mão de facoemulsificação (9) na extremidade distal e a uma fonte (16) de fluido de irrigação na extremidade proximal, os tubos de fluido (322) apresentando um primeiro diâmetro interno na extremidade proximal, o primeiro diâmetro interno se estendendo ao longo de uma porção (321, 323, 325) substancial de um comprimento dos tubos de fluido (322) e tendo 4,83 mm (0,190 polegadas), os tubos de fluido (322) adicionalmente apresentando um segundo diâmetro interno de 4,06 mm (0,16 polegadas) ao longo de uma porção dos tubos de fluido (322) na extremidade distal dos tubos de fluido (322), a porção dos tubos de fluido (322) apresentando o segundo diâmetro interno sendo mais curto do que a porção substancial do comprimento dos tubos de fluido (322) apresentando o primeiro diâmetro interno.
