Abstract
"ACANALADURA E DENTE DE VEDAçãO REPARADOS DE COMPONENTES ACOPLADOS". São descritos uma acanaladura e um dente de vedação (20) reparados de um componente engrenado (10). As acanaladuras (20) são reparadas empregando uma soldagem com baixa emissão de calor para depositar um material de reparo (50) em uma face de não pressão e não desgastada (42) das acanaladuras (20), ao mesmo tempo que minimiza o tamanho dos grânulos da HAZ. A área acanalada (12) do componente (10) é novamente desbastada até o contorno da acanaladura original através da remoção de material da face de pressão e desgastada (40) das acanaladuras (20) e do excesso do material de reparo (50) para produzir um componente casado (10) com acanaladuras radialmente deslocadas (20<39>) que apresentam o material do componente original na face de pressão (40<39>) do dente (20<39>).
