Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE DIORGANOSSILANOS POR DESPROPORCIONAçãO DE HIDRIDOSSILOXANOS. A presente invenção fornece um novo método para o preparo de diorganossilanos pela desproporcionação de didridossiloxanos compreendendo pelo menos um grupo SiH terminal e pelo menos uma ligação siloxano na presença de catalisadores de ácido de Lewis. A reação é tanto seletiva e ocorre sob condições brandas. O triarilborano, tris(pentafluorfenil)borano, é especialmente adequado para uso como um catalisador na reação. Catalisadores orgânicos tais como tris(pentafluorfenii)borano são tipicamente preferidos, devido à sua maior solubilidade e estabilidade na mistura reacional, em relação a catalisadores de ácido de Lewis inorgânicos. O produto, diorganossilano, pode ser isolado da mistura de produto por técnicas convencionais tais como destilação.PROCESS FOR SYNTHESIS OF DIORGANOSYLANS BY DISPROPORTION OF HYDRIDOSYLOXANS. The present invention provides a novel method for the preparation of diorganosilanes by disproportionation of dithrosyloxanes comprising at least one terminal SiH group and at least one siloxane bond in the presence of Lewis acid catalysts. The reaction is both selective and occurs under mild conditions. Triarylborane, tris (pentafluorfenyl) borane, is especially suitable for use as a catalyst in the reaction. Organic catalysts such as tris (pentafluorfenii) borane are typically preferred because of their greater solubility and stability in the reaction mixture over inorganic Lewis acid catalysts. The product, diorganosilane, may be isolated from the product mixture by conventional techniques such as distillation.
