Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE AJUSTE PARA COMUTADOR DE FASE DE ANTENA EM COMUNICAÇçO MàVEL. Um dispositivo de ajuste para comutador de fase de antena em comunicação móvel inclui uma engrenagem, uma cremalheira, um parafuso, uma porca de acionamento, um eixo de acionamento e um elemento de manipulação. A engrenagem é fixada a um eixo de rotação de um comutador de fase em uma chapa refletora da antena. A cremalheira é fixada ao eixo de acionamento. Uma extremidade da porca de acionamento é fixada ao eixo de acionamento. A outra extremidade da porca de acionamento é provida com um furo de parafuso interno se engatando com o parafuso. O elemento de manipulação é unido ao parafuso em uma extremidade do mesmo. O eixo de acionamento e o parafuso são sustentados respectivamente por um suporte de eixo de acionamento e um suporte de parafuso na chapa refletora da antena. Um dispositivo de controle é acoplado ao dispositivo de ajuste. O dispositivo de controle é formado com um eixo de rotação para ser recebido adequadamente na fenda na cabeça do elemento de manipulação. A presente invenção não precisa modificar a estrutura interna do dispositivo de controle para diferente trajetória mecânica do comutador de fase. Desse modo, o dispositivo de ajuste de acordo com a presente invenção tem uma universalidade aprovada e pode ajustar mais precisamente o ângulo de inclinação elétrica para baixo.
