Abstract

composição semi-sólida de osteoblastos contendo fibrina para a união ossea e método para o preparo da mesma. cujo método compreende o isolamento dos osteoblastos de um tecido ôsseo e o cultivo/proliferação dos osteoblastos isolados, no meio de cultura dmem (dulbecco's modified eagle's medium) ou ci - mem (minimum essential medium, alpha modification), para o preparo de uma suspensão de osteoblastos, e a mistura da suspensão de osteoblastos resultantes com um fator de coagulação, para o preparo de um agente terapêutico de osteoblastos. de acordo com a presente invenção, cuja construção é feita de acordo com a descrição acima mencionada, é possível realizar o enxerto ósseo e, consequentemente, a união óssea, sem apresentar nenhuma rejeição clínica ao enxerto, com distribuição uniforme dos osteoblastos, através da injeção de uma mistura constituída de osteoblastos e fibrina, nas partes afetadas, para a união ôssea, sendo que a união ôssea é obtida de forma rápida e eficaz, através da injeção constante de uma composição semi-sólida de osteoblastos, nas partes afetadas.
