Abstract

PRENDEDOR PARA PRENDER DE FORMA DESTACÁVEL A PARTE SUPERIOR DE UM CALÇADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um prendedor para fixar uma parte superior à sola externa de um artigo de calçado. O prendedor inclui primeira e segunda partes de interengate liberável, uma das quais é fixada à parte superior e a outra a sola externa. A parte fixada à sola externa inclui um corpo que define um recesso adaptado para receber de forma deslizante a parte fixada à parte superior. O recesso possui uma abertura através da qual a parte fixada à parte superior é adaptada para se estender. O corpo possui uma linha central que se estende através do eixo geométrico do re- cesso e o ponto intermediário da abertura. Essa parte também inclui uma base com uma superfície inferior adaptada a fim de ser situada adjacente à sola externa. O corpo é fixado à base de forma que a linha central do corpo forme um ângulo obtuso com o plano da superfície inferior da base. A base possui uma superfície superior que é inclinada com relação à superfície de base inferior, O prendedor também possui um detentor carregado por mola montado em uma das partes do prendedor. O detentor coopera com um recesso de recebimento de detentor na outra das partes de prendedor para reter de forma liberável as partes do prendedor na posição totalmente engatada.
