Abstract
PROCESSO E FERRAMENTA PARA REVESTIR MOLDES DE PEÇAS CURVADAS. A invenção refere-se a um processo e ferramenta para o revestimento de moldes de peças curvadas, o processo compreendendo a aplicação de um revestimento (15) de largura A2 no molde (3) em várias passagens sucessivas, exercendo pressão no mesmo de modo que se adapta à curvatura da peça, e o número de passagens sendo o mínimo exigido para a largura A2 da fita (15) permite obter tal adaptação, e a ferramenta compre- endendo um tambor (23) para aplicar o revestimento (15), um meio para fixar sua extremidade no molde (3) no começo de cada passagem, um rolo cônico (25) para exercer pressão no revestimento (15), uniformemente ao longo de sua largura inteira, e meios (26, 29) para seu movimento através de guias laterais (27, 28) dispostos no molde (3), paralelas às linhas curvadas (5, 7) demarcando a peça.
