Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE LEVEDURA DE FERMENTAçãO ALCOóLICA COESIVA E LEVEDURA DE FERMENTAçãO ALCOóLICA COESIVA. A invenção fornece um método para a produção de levedura de fermentação alcoólica flocosa não requerente de uracila, compreendendo uma etapa de introdução do gene URA3 derivado de Saccharomyces cerevisiae apenas em um dos dois locais de LEU2 nos cromossomas da cepa Saccharomyces cerevísiae FSC27 (FERM P-1 6023).
