Abstract

ELETROESTIMULADOR INDEPENDENTE PARA AUMENTO DE EXERCìCIOS E MéTODO. Exercício aumentado por um eletroestimulador independente, e um método de aumentar exercício com eletroestimulação. O aparelho e o método se baseiam na aplicação de cargas elétricas em músculos selecionados dos braços ou pernas e, em relação a isso, o abdome ou mesmo outras porções do corpo, por intermédio de uma correia ou dispositivo similar, usada sobre a porção selecionada do corpo durante exercício. As cargas elétricas causam contração adicional dos músculos que aumenta a quantidade da estimulação elétrica, e de modo semelhante, o relaxamento dos músculos reduz a estimulação elétrica. São fornecidos eletrodos ajustáveis de tamanho exclusivo. E revelada uma abordagem única para alterar o número de eletrodos utilizados. Além disso, um dispositivo de aperto é revelado e permite estímulo elétrico para aumentar eletricamente exercícios da mão, pulso e antebraço. Adicionalmente, um eletrodo descartável é ainda provido.
