Abstract

SISTEMA DE PROPULSãO A JATO MARINHO EXTERNO AO BARCO. Trata-se de um sistema de propulsão marinho movido a jato externo ao barco para um barco que compreende um invólucro. O invólucro é adaptado para ser fixado atrás de um casco de um barco. Um motor é disposto dentro do invólucro. Uma unidade de propulsão a jato é montada no invólucro em paralela e verticalmente orientada em relação ao motor, e é acoplada operativamente ao motor. O motor tem uma exaustão e cilindros, e um turbo-alimentador acoplado operativamente entre a exaustão e os cilindros. O turbo-alimentador tem um invólucro para receber a exaustão e um conjunto de turbina. A exaustão gira o conjunto de turbina. O conjunto de turbina fornece ar comprimido aos cilindros. O invólucro tem um diâmetro dimensionado para controlar o volume e a velocidade do gás de exaustão para otimizar a velocidade da turbina do conjunto de turbinas para reduzir para a contrapressão. O combustível é refrigerado à medida que sai do motor.
