Abstract

CONJUNTO DE GAVETA DE CISALHAMENTO / SELO PARA UM SISTEMA DE PREVENçãO DE ERUPçAO DO TIPO DE GAVETA. Um conjunto melhorado de gaveta de cisalhamento / selo usado em BOPs do tipo de gaveta é mostrado. A invenção exposta é um conjunto único de gaveta de cisalhamento / selo, no qual atuadores de selo de trilho afixados a ou integralmente formados em uma superfície plana de uma lâmina de cisalhamento combinam com e deslizam em ranhuras de guia de trilho correspondentes formadas em uma superfície plana de uma segunda lâmina de cisalhamento. Conforme as lâminas de cisalhamento movem mais umas às outras, os atuadores de selo de trilho deslizam nas ranhuras de guia de trilho, eventualmente entrando em contato com uma placa de atuador de selo de um conjunto de selo de lâmina com lâmina único posicionado em uma ranhura de selo de lâmina de cisalhamento. Um movimento continuado das lâminas e cisalhamento umas sobre as outras faz com que os atuadores de selo de trilho comprimam ou "energizem" o selo de lâmina com lâmina do conjunto de selo de lâmina com lâmina, desse modo provendo um selo estanque à pressão entre os conjuntos de lâmina de cisalhamento.
