Abstract

"MéTODO PARA LIMPAR PELO MENOS UM ELEMENTO DE TRANSFERêNCIA TéRMICA DE UMA CALDEIRA DENTRO DE UMA FORNALHA, MéTODO PARA INICIAR A LIMPEZA DE PELO MENOS UM ELEMENTO DE TRANSFERêNCIA TéRMICA DE UMA CALDEIRA DENTRO DE UMA FORNALHA E SISTEMA DE CALDEIRA". Um método para limpar um elemento de transferência térmica dentro de uma fornalha de caldeira é provido. O método inclui as etapas de permitir uma fornalha operar e depositar cinzas sobre um elemento de transferência térmica, determinar uma taxa de eficiência para pelo menos um elemento de limpeza, e administrar o elemento de limpeza baseado na taxa de eficiência. Adicionalmente um sistema de caldeira (10) é provido, compreendendo uma fornalha (16), uma caldeira (14) disposta na citada fornalha (16), uma estrutura suporte (70), um sistema de pesagem (94), um sistema de limpeza (80) acoplado à citada fornalha (16) e um sistema de controle (300) acoplado ao citado sistema de pesagem (94) e ao citado sistema de limpeza (80).
