Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO DE DETERMINAçãO DA GRAMATURA". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo e processo para determinar a gramatura de uma amostra de material (10) transportada, mediante a medição da capacidade de absorção da amostra de material, que depende da gramatura, em relação a uma radiação radioativa de partículas, particularmente radiação de partículas beta, e para corrigir uma quantidade de desvio da amostra de material em relação a um valor desejado, a qual influencia a medição da gramatura, compreendendo uma fonte de radiação radioativa (20) para a radiação radioativa de partículas, a amostra de material e uma disposição de detecção (30), que registra a radiação radioativa de partículas, numa configuração de transmissão em combinação com uma unidade de avaliação (40) para os sinais de medição gerados pela disposição de detecção. De acordo com a invenção, a disposição de detecção se divide pelo menos num segmento de radiação principal primário (50), disposto na direção de radiação principal, predeterminada pela configuração de transmissão, e pelo menos num segmento de radiação difusa secundário (55), independente em relação ao segmento de radiação principal primário em termos da técnica de medição e disposto externamente à direção de radiação.
