PRODUTOS QUE CONTéM GELO E SEUS MéTODOS DE FABRICAçãO é fornecido método de fabricação de produto que contém gela, em que o método compreende, na ordem a seguir: (i) resfriamento de concentrado de produto até temperatura de menos de -4<198>C; (ii) combinação do concentrado resfriado com partículas congeladas, proporção substancial do qual possui tamanho de partícula de mais de 5 mm; e (iii) redução mecânica do tamanho das partículas congeladas, de tal forma que substancialmente todas as partículas congeladas resultantes possuam tamanho de mais de 0,5 mm e menos de 5 mm.
