Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA POLPA DE META- E PARA- ARAMIDA, POLPA DE META- E PARA-ARAMIDA, MATERIAL DE FRICçãO E MATERIAL DE VEDAçãO A presente invenção se refere à polpa de meta- e para-aramida para o uso como material de reforço em produtos tais como vedações e materiais de fricção. A polpa compreende (a) partículas de meta-aramida livres de fibrilas, (b) estruturas fibrosas de para-aramida com formatos irregulares e (c) água, por meio do que as estruturas fibrosas de para-aramida entram em contato e são parcialmente envolvidas em torno de pelo menos algumas das partículas de meta-aramida. A presente invenção também se refere aos processos para a fabricação de tal polpa de aramida.
